The belief that everyone can choose a healthy and meaningful life fuels me and the work I do. Through my own journey, I’ve discovered gifts and tools that have been invaluable in my healing process. Psychic & Angel Card Readings
When we connect to our lives through psychic readings, we find clarity and are infused with the power necessary to choose the direction of our lives.
The greatest benefit of a Psychic and Angel Card Reading is the strength to change your future. By altering your thoughts, behaviours and perceptions, you can take greater command of your life!
When preparing to give a reading, I ask the angels and your guides for information and tools that will best help you take charge and heal your life as it is now. Readings are (at times) further facilitated by Angel Oracle Card Decks (different from Tarot in that they bear positive, uplifting empowering messages).
Common topics that may come up in your reading, or areas of your life you may have questions about: Romance and Relationships; Work, Career, Business and Finances; Family and Friends; Overall Health and Wellness; Life Purpose or Life Path; Spirituality; What Messages Your Angels or Guides have for you, and more. Though mediumship (connecting with deceased loved ones) is not my forte, loved ones often join in the fun. If there is someone who has crossed over you’d like to connect with, feel free to invite them to join us through your intention when you schedule your session.
After a reading, people express feelings of relief and comfort, with a strong sense of their direction and how to move forward.

Reiki
When people can relax physically, what follows is emotional, mental, and spiritual relaxation, leading to the balance required for a healthy and meaningful life.
At its most basic, Reiki is a Japanese relaxation technique and a form of energy healing which is conducted while lying cocooned in blankets on a comfortable massage table. Reiki energy is passed through me to you through the laying of hands on the body. Sessions are very gentle and do not include manipulation of the muscles as with massage. Treatments bring peace and relaxation on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.
At this time, Reiki sessions are only offered distantly. You may wonder, “how does Reiki work distantly?”. In the same way that I can connect with your energy distantly for a Psychic reading, Reiki treatments can be done distantly too! Because Reiki is a channeling of Universal life force energy, time, space and distance are irrelevant.
For distance Reiki sessions, we’ll connect either by phone, Skype or Zoom (video is not required for these sessions), and discuss what you’d like to work on. I’ll ask you to find a comfortable place for our time together, and strongly recommend a space that is calm and quiet, with blankets and pillows so you can relax. A space that is warm enough for you while you aren’t moving, and with relaxation music if you choose.
Sometimes messages will come through during a Reiki session, and I’ll ask you before we start if you’d A) like to receive the messages, and B) if you want to receive them when they come up during our session or to wait until we finish so as to not disturb you. At the end of our session, we’ll check in to see if you have any questions, and to share the energy we worked with.
Whether experienced in person or distantly, people report feeling relaxed and lighter, often with a sense of clarity about the actions they need to take to support themselves moving forward.
